No Refunds Once Payment is Made:

All payments for our packages are non-refundable, including but not limited to deposits, partial payments, and full payments.

Non-Cancellation After Work Commences:

Once work on your project begins, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

Revisions and Scope Adherence:

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in the package description. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur extra charges.

Dissatisfaction with the final product is not eligible for a refund if the work is completed according to the agreed-upon scope and specifications.

Client Responsibility:

It is the client’s responsibility to provide all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by client inaction or lack of communication will not be grounds for a refund.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

In the rare event that ABLE Creative Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. However, refunds will not be issued.

Physical Deliverables:

If your package includes physical materials (e.g., printed business cards or branded merchandise), shipping details will be confirmed during the project timeline.

2. Shipping Costs and postage

Digital Services:

No shipping costs apply to digital deliverables.

Physical Goods:

Shipping costs for physical materials are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, and chosen courier service. These costs will be communicated and invoiced separately.

3. Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information, email addresses, and shipping addresses to ensure successful delivery.
